Which shipping company can I use for my shipment?

Before shipping the product you wish to return or exchange, you need to obtain a shipping code by calling our customer service line at 0 (224) 223 23 23 or contacting us via our WhatsApp line at 0530 875 90 50. You can send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo using the shipping code you receive.

How can I process an exchange or return?

For returns and exchanges, the product must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Otherwise, due to hygiene reasons, it will not be accepted.

The product(s) you wish to exchange or return must be unused, in their original packaging with no damage, and in a condition that allows them to be resold. They must also be returned with all accessories and the original box, if applicable.

Note: A shipping fee of 80 TL will be charged for returns and exchanges.

How can I cancel my reservation?

First, you should check your order status under the "My Account" section on your homepage. If your order is not in "Preparing" or "Shipping" status, you can cancel it.

What is the exchange and return period in days?

The exchange and return period is 14 days.

The exchange is limited to one time only.

The product I received is defective. What should I do?

If you inform our customer representative within the exchange period and send the product(s) to us along with your invoice, we will conduct the necessary checks and exchange the product(s) if they are in stock.

I placed my order with cash on delivery. How will you process my refund?

For orders placed with cash on delivery, you need to provide your 26-digit IBAN number starting with TR when you send the product back to us in order to receive a refund. Once your refund is approved, your payment will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified by email when the payment is received.

When will I receive a refund for the item I returned?

After the product's compliance with the return conditions is checked, Marinatr.com will process the refund to your credit card. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see the refund on your credit card. This process is entirely dependent on your bank, and www.pirlant.com.tr has no right to interfere with your bank.
